Chef Landi was a great and I’ll definitely be making these dishes at home. I felt the others in our group were pretty rude and inconsiderate, but he didn’t rush anyone despite going well over the intended class time. He explained why he did things as he went, how you could change the recipe if you wanted a different flavor, and even supplied boxes to take home leftovers. Very friendly, patient, and kind. Thank you for letting us into your home!

We had a great time and learned a lot! We both were born in raised in the Philly area and had been to Reading Terminal before. There is so much you don't know and wouldn't know unless you are guided around. Matthew was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

Great class! You do work in a table of 4, so if there are fewer in your group, you will be paired with others who are touching your food. The chef is very adamant about hand washing and everything felt very sanitary though. We've made homemade pasta before, but have always struggled with filled pastas - whether you had experience or not, this was a fun class where everyone learned something!

Chef Landi was an expert host and really good at teaching us how to make salad, Ravioli and a molten chocolate lava cake. We had a phenomenal time getting to know Chef Landi as well as the other guests. Great conversation and great food, what could be better? This was an excellent Xmas gift from my partner! Chef Landi was fantastic! He went through every part of the process with detailed instructions, we got to try our hand at the a variety of techniques. The food was absolutely delicious and was a perfect date night with my boyfriend. He plated and served our meals which were extremely tasty. This was our first time doing this. I got this experience for my wife as a Christmas present. I must say it was superb! Chef Landi was amazing. He was very personable and an excellent teacher. The food was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this for a date night out, especially if you like to cook like we do.

Absolutely excellent! My partner and I did the Vegan Mediterrainian class and loved it. All of the food we made was absolutely delicious and Chef Landi & his space were both excellent. Would absolutely do another class with him in the future! We learned so many new techniques, even as people who cook relatively often at home, and had so much fun.

Simply put, a night with Chef Landi is second to none! Tonight was our second experience with Chef Landi, bringing along a few family members for their first time. He was extremely warm, friendly, and accommodating, as he was in our first experience with him. Chef Landi provided an unforgettable experience with his Italian-American cooking class, welcoming us into his home like family. From start to finish, the evening was filled with incredible food, engaging conversation, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. His passion for cooking and teaching was evident in every dish we prepared, and we left not only with full stomachs but with newfound skills (kinda lol) and inspiration in the kitchen! My friend and I had an exceptional evening with Chef Landi. This was my third experience with the Chef and I find him to be wonderful! Not only superb recipes, but a wonderful teacher as well. Chef is affable, knowledgeable and has wonderful stories of his cooking experiences both in the states and abroad. Every time I leave, I want to cook more and try these great recipes. I’m not a vegan, but no one would ever know these are vegan recipes. Delicioso!

We liked the atmosphere but the space was too small to work. The steak was overcooked, and the potatoes were undercooked. It was hard to follow the instructions. Then when we were ready to eat we had to stand. It was disappointing for the amount of money we paid.

I surprised my husband with this class as an anniversary gift. We absolutely loved it! Chef Landi is knowledgeable, charismatic, and most importantly makes delicious food.
