What You’ll Do

This pasta-making workshop reveals heritage secrets for authentic handcrafted pasta.

Making your own pasta is a simple task, as Chef Rich demonstrates in this hands-on cooking class. He'll teach you masterful methods used for generations to create your own primo pasta dishes.

In this session, you'll combine fresh ingredients to assemble a classic pasta dough that becomes the wrap for a variety of sumptuous gourmet ravioli or for orecchiette pasta. Prepare ravioli fillings that include silky butternut squash, robust gorgonzola and pears, decadent truffles, and classic spinach and ricotta. You'll also prepare a rich sauce that's perfect for topping your pasta.

Each class includes learning how to make one of the pasta dishes mentioned in the menu below.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
