What You’ll Do

Learn how to make pizza from scratch — the Italian way — with Chef Paola.

In this hands-on cooking class, you'll make two classic Italian dishes: Fresh pizza and tiramisu. Chef Paola will teach you culinary tips and tricks to creating restaurant-quality Italian pizza and strawberry tiramisu.

First, you will learn how to make fresh dough and a tangy tomato sauce for your pizza. You will also select, prepare and enjoy different fresh pizza toppings, learning all about Italian traditions and cooking techniques along the way. Finally, you will make a decadent strawberry tiramisu topped with mint.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
