What You’ll Do

Learn the basics of sushi rolls and other Asian delights in this team building class.

In this incredibly fun and entertaining team-building class, Chef Shahida will lead you and your colleagues in a half demonstration and half hands-on culinary experience.

This is a great class for you to get your hands a little dirty while getting to know your team better. Not only will you work on building up your team, but you'll also enjoy dishes of warm spiced edamame, a cool cucumber seaweed salad, beautiful crab maki crunch rolls and an indulgent mango sticky rice with a luscious Chinese five-spice chocolate drizzle.

The Le Cordon Bleu summa cud laude graduate is a fan of the farm-to-table slow food movement. I recently hosted a Thai cooking class dinner party with Chef Shahida and it exceeded all expectations! The instructor was fantastic—super knowledgeable, engaging, and made the whole experience both educational and so much fun. We made everything from scratch, including handmade sushi rolls, lemongrass ginger soup with coconut curry, Thai basil fried rice with Gulf shrimp, chicken satay with the most delicious peanut sauce, and ended on a high note with a mango dessert topped with berries and whipped cream. Everyone had a blast, learned a lot, and left full and happy. Highly recommend for a unique and memorable night!
