What You’ll Do

Work together to become a team of maki sushi masters in this hands-on sushi workshop.

In this team building class, Chef Andy will be your guide as you and your team work together to learn how to roll your own sushi and make other Japanese favorites from scratch.

Chef Andy will focus on teaching your team how to slice fresh fish to lay on homemade sushi rice for nigiri, and how to prepare maki sushi rolls with salmon, cucumber, unagi sauce, seaweed and spicy aioli. End on a sweet note by making matcha crêpes with fresh berries.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.

Had a Wonderful Event with Chef Andy - A corporate event with over 30 people! It was wonderful Chef Andy, and his team were very engaged with the large group and everyone participated. Food was Amazing!! I would highly recommend for Corporate or Personal Gathering. Cozy Meal has the best Customer Service, made this event a breeze!
