A hands on pasta making class that builds team spirit as culinary masterpieces are created.
This extraordinary team building opportunity offers the chance to create delectable pasta from scratch. Your team will work together as they prepare succulent, restaurant-worthy pasta dishes.
Set in a high-end private Italian test kitchen, your team will discover a whole new world of pasta as they learn how to knead the dough, roll it out to the perfect thickness, and form into various shapes and sizes. Teams will learn all about the various sauces to accompany the perfect pasta and how to plate your final creation. Build team spirit with this unique hands on culinary class.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. Note: We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions for some or all of your team, such as gluten free, vegetarian, and pork free, with advance notice.

Meet your chef
After years of developing recipes and food blogging for the James Beard award-winning website The Kitchn, Stephanie started her blog City Cookin’ where she focused on re-creating top NYC restaurant dishes. When friends and family kept asking her to share her tasty recipes and techniques, Steph made her passion her profession. Chef Stephanie is looking forward to give students tips and techniques to make restaurant-style dishes at home.
