Celebrate all the flavors of fall--Mediterranean Style, with Chef Lee.

Chef Lee will engage your teammates into some friendly competition as you chop and slice your way through her colorful menu of seasonal produce. Drawing from her Mediterranean roots, Chef Lee’s passion for clean flavors and organic cooking pair perfectly with the best from autumn’s harvest.

Salad lovers rejoice! Chef Lee will guide you through the preparation and assembly of two exotic salads based on the freshest local produce delicately spiced with Israeli and South African influences. Mix and match the sweet and savory salads, add some spicy chicken and conclude with a simple chocolate mousse and sesame biscuits.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

With a group of 10 people Lee walked us through everything from proper handling of kitchen supplies, to seamless cutting techniques, to the delivery of an amazing dish, and much more. I can't wait to work with Chef Lee again in the future!

We booked an Israeli Fusion cooking class on Cozymeal for our company's team building event. Chef Lee, who was the chef for this class did a great job explaining the steps and guiding us through the cooking process. We really enjoyed each step of the process and loved the tasty meal we prepared in the end. I can definitely recommend this class as a team building activity for any company in the Bay Area.

Chef Lee was awesome and we would highly recommend her! We booked her at the last minute for a birthday brunch to teach us how to make an Israeli/Mediterranean meal. She was so accommodating and flexible, professional, knowledgeable, sweet and fun. She shared wonderful kitchen tips, created a bonding and interactive cooking experience, and taught us how to make a delicious and beautiful meal that we have all now made for our families individually (we received rave reviews). We were looking for an intimate private cooking class on Cozymeal and chose Chef Lee's Mediterranean cooking class. From the refreshing Israeli salad to the delicious lamb meatballs to the simple but tasty dessert, she showed us every step in the process while maintaining the fun part of the class.

Lee was amazing. On time, well organized, flexible, inspiring, and funny. We got more than we bargained for, and she (and her assistant) were both wonderful to work with. The food we cooked was outstanding, and our entire team thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Also, we loved that Lee was passionate about sustainability and food. I can recommend Lee without any hesitation.
