Experience a hands-on team building activity with Chef Greg, where your team will explore the art of tapas from around the world. Work together to master a variety of small plates inspired by global culinary traditions.

Start by preparing Peruvian empanadas filled with beef, olives, and raisins. Then, craft pan con tomate, a Spanish-style bruschetta, followed by a classic tortilla Española packed with confit potatoes and caramelized onions. Finish the session with a vibrant tuna poke topped with tamari, sesame, and scallions served on crisp prawn crackers. Strengthen teamwork while savoring the rich and diverse flavors of international cuisine!

Chef Greg is so awesome. Came promptly to prep and was methodical and well planned for any circumstance. Congenial, intelligent, and talented. Led the class with professional and know how. Even mingled with the crowd to show/receive appreciation. Incredibly accommodating and courteous to all of our requests.
