What You’ll Do

Boost your charcuterie game with fun and interactive culinary session for the whole group.

Gather your team members and join this team building activity that features the fun and versatility of the charcuterie board. Led by a gourmet chef, you'll learn how to master slicing, prepping and presentation skills.

Divide into teams and work together to create the best board. You'll learn how to choose meats, cheeses, jams, pickles and other ingredients to prepare a colorful display. Master the art of cured meat roses and practice slicing soft and hard cheeses such as Brie, Gouda and Manchego.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
