All skill levels are welcome as an expert chef leads you through each recipe step-by-step. The class was good, except I didn’t receive the cooking instructions or the 15% store discount since I registered via Cozymeal.

I was a bit disappointed that Chef Nick was not the chef instructing this class. I didn’t realize the class said “or Resident Chef”, so that is just something to be aware of. Overall, class went smoothly. Making pasta from scratch was fun and the pasta dish turned out well. The salad and the dessert, however, were underwhelming and I would not make them again. I felt like explanations were lacking during the class. It was quite loud and difficult to hear the instructor, so I dont feel like I learned much. I also have not received a copy of the recipes. Last time I took a class at Sur La Table I received the recipes the same evening of the class.
