Chop and roll sushi with your team in a fun, hands-on environment.

In this enjoyable team building activity, you'll immerse yourselves in the authentic art of sushi-making. And to spice things up... there will be an exciting competition! To kick things off, Chef Legina will provide a demonstration on how to prepare the perfect sushi rice.

Following that, everyone will acquire the skills to assemble nori sheets with a variety of fresh ingredients such as sweet mango and zesty Sriracha. You'll be guided in creating two timeless rolls — a classic California roll and a crispy shrimp tempura roll. The roll that stands out as the most visually appealing and delectable will win the competition!

Chef Legina had our class enjoying not only the technique of sushi making, but also promoting a sense of camaraderie and social interaction as she welcomed all the participants . The only complaint I had was the sushi portions were less than I had expected, but all in all, it’s given me motivation to practice sushi making.
