What You’ll Do

Get your crew in the kitchen for a collaborative lesson in handcrafted sushi.

Your group is in for a treat with this sushi-focused team building cooking class with Chef Jesus. He'll travel to your venue and share his expertise in slicing, dicing and rolling in an experience your team is sure to love.

Begin with a lesson in preparing sushi-style rice and tips on precision knife techniques used by the professionals. Then, you'll prepare a selection of savory fillings, including fresh fish, produce and cream cheese, before creating incredible sushi. For dessert, Chef Jesus will provide chef-prepared matcha shortbread.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Had a delicious Christmas dinner with Chef Jesus! The food was great and I am still drooling over the pork soup and mashed potatoes. Bonus points for dealing with my wild family and all of their dietary restrictions. :) Thank you, Chef!
