What You’ll Do

Level up your pasta-making skills in this team building experience with Chef Dos.

In this team building cooking class, Chef Dos will teach you how to make fresh pasta from scratch along with classic accompaniments for a well-rounded Italian meal. Work together while learning foundational techniques in this fun, hands-on lesson.

Chef Dos will guide you as you transform homemade Italian loaves into herbed garlic bread paired with a simple green salad. Next, roll out and hand-cut dough to form fettuccine noodles to serve with traditional Bolognese sauce. Round out the meal by baking an apple pear cake finished with homemade frosting.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Honestly, my colleagues were very disappointed in this class and also with the chef’s performance. We don’t recommend it for large groups or team building events.

We had so much fun with Chef Dos. He was knowledgeable, fun and entertaining. The food was excellent, I particularly loved the homemade salad dressing, it was so fresh and tasty. We will definitely have him return
