What You’ll Do

Victory goes to the team with the best kitchen skills in this gourmet cooking competition.

Join Chef Timothy in the kitchen for a fun-filled team building cooking class with a dash of rivalry. He'll lead your group in a French culinary lesson while challenging them to create their own magnificent dishes.

After preparing the perfect French onion soup, your crew will break into three smaller teams to take on the challenge of handcrafting three entrées that will be enjoyed by all, including a medium-rare steak with garlic compound butter, lemony salmon with capers, and Dijon chicken with earthy mushrooms. The friendly competition closes with a classic apple tart tatin.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The chef was nice and accommodating but the foods were beyond unsatisfying. Fish products were limited and not fresh. Meat stuffing in dumplings were sour. It tasted like overdue meat. I have hired private chefs to my private chef events before and this was definitely not the best experience we had. My kitchen was left a mess. Supplies were left in random areas of my house and very disorganized. I usually do not give bad ratings but this did not meet my expectations at all. I hope he does a better job at sanitation, organizing, and prepping for his future events.
