Gather your team for a baking experience that's both sweet and savory.
Join an expert chef for a hands-on team building cooking class where you'll handcraft and roll your own handmade dough for two incredible recipes.
Begin by preparing soft bread dough that you'll fill with an assortment of sweet or savory fillings, including feta cheese or Nutella. Next, work together to craft and roll handmade pizza dough from scratch, which you'll top and bake with a variety of meat and vegetables for a unique creation. For dessert, your chef will teach you how to make hazelnut chocolate pralines.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

With yeast, milk, flour, eggs and oil
Stuffed Bread Rolls
With feta filling, mushroom-leek filling, and Nutella or jam filling
Pizza Dough
With olive oil, water, salt, yeast and flour
Handmade Pizza
With tomato sauce, ham, cheese, mushrooms, artichokes and bacon
Hazelnut Chocolate Praline
With butter, ground walnuts and sugar

Chef Roddy inherited his love of cuisine from his family and their successful baking business. After majoring in business, he shifted to the culinary arts and never looked back. Hard work and ingenuity brought him success when he opened his own Latin-Asian fusion restaurant. He even has a cookbook headed to bookstore shelves. With so much culinary passion to offer, Chef Roddy is ready to share his talents with hungry foodies.
