What You’ll Do

Discover the secrets to crafting an elegant charcuterie board with this on-site team building event.

Practice the art of creating bountiful charcuterie boards with the guidance of Chef Esh-Marie, who will come to your office and demonstrate tips and techniques for crafting visually appealing displays from selecting meats, cheeses and accompaniments to pairing these items with your favorite wines.

You will learn how to elevate your presentation with a variety of condiments and textures, cured meat roses and aesthetically cut soft and hard cheeses for your board. Teams will then put these lessons to the test as they compete to create the most attractive board.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Esh-Marie provided an extraordinary experience my girlfriend and I on our special occasion. From the joyous conversations to the amazing food, Chef Esh-Marie exceeded any expectations I had. Chef Esh-Marie was courteous, thoughtful, and easy going. I would book Chef Esh-Marie again, and I plan to for my next special occasion.

Had an office party of 11 Saturday night. Chef arrived exactly on time however appetizer was not served at 7:15 as promised, came at 7:45. Didn’t get main entree until 9:15. Chef had told me she would be bringing a sous chef, but she came alone. Guest had told help her clear plates. When she left, the flowers she brought were on the kitchen counter next to the vase, she never got them to our dining table. Lobster was good, Caesar salad and steak just mediocre. Chef was quite pleasant but could not serve us efficiently, disappointed evening especially at $135 per person, not including tip.
