What You’ll Do

Your team will have a blast building their own boards filled with sumptuous sweets.

Gear up for the gold medal of sweet charcuterie in this on-site team building event in your office with Chef Esh-Marie. It's a decadent throwdown where your crew gets the lowdown on making their own dessert board while competing for top prize.

Enjoy a lesson in homemade hot cocoa, then, learn how to cut fruit into neat shapes, make chocolate-covered treats, and prepare and assemble artful collections of chocolates, dipped fruits and other delicious elements. Finally, it's game-on as your group breaks into smaller teams to build their own sweet charcuterie presentations.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Esh-Marie provided an extraordinary experience my girlfriend and I on our special occasion. From the joyous conversations to the amazing food, Chef Esh-Marie exceeded any expectations I had. Had an office party of 11 Saturday night. Chef arrived exactly on time however appetizer was not served at 7:15 as promised, came at 7:45. Didn’t get main entree until 9:15. Chef had told me she would be bringing a sous chef, but she came alone. Guest had told help her clear plates. When she left, the flowers she brought were on the kitchen counter next to the vase, she never got them to our dining table. Lobster was good, Caesar salad and steak just mediocre. Chef was quite pleasant but could not serve us efficiently, disappointed evening especially at $135 per person, not including tip.
