What You’ll Do

Teams can test their chops creating artful boards in a contest that's a cut above.

Bring friendly kitchen competition to your worksite in this team building cooking class led by Chef Landi. With a bit of expert guidance and a hearty helping of culinary brilliance, your group will vie for the title of Best Charcuterie Board.

First, your team will learn the basics of arranging visually stunning charcuterie boards, including how to choose meats and cheeses of varying textures as well as condiments, fruit, vegetables and more. Then, Chef Landi will conduct a brief wine pairing and split your group into smaller teams to see who can assemble the best charcuterie board.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Landi began his foray into the restaurant industry over 20 years ago as a server in Italy, and quickly found himself working in the kitchen, learning the skills and techniques that have been foundational to his now successful culinary career. In 2001, Chef Landi moved to the U.S. and discovered a newfound passion for teaching. Now, he is both a chef at an Argentinian steakhouse and a lauded culinary instructor.

This was our first time doing this. I got this experience for my wife as a Christmas present. I must say it was superb! Chef Landi was amazing. He was very personable and an excellent teacher. The food was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this for a date night out, especially if you like to cook like we do.

Absolutely excellent! My partner and I did the Vegan Mediterrainian class and loved it. All of the food we made was absolutely delicious and Chef Landi & his space were both excellent. Would absolutely do another class with him in the future! We learned so many new techniques, even as people who cook relatively often at home, and had so much fun.
