What You’ll Do

Toss your team into the kitchen and get them bonding through pizza preparation!

Get your team connecting over homemade pies in this team building cooking class with Chef Landi. They'll collaborate to assemble homestyle dough and fresh toppings for top-shelf pizzeria-style creations.

Your group of budding gourmets begins by creating an enticing appetizer of either grilled Romaine salad or butternut squash soup. Then, the pizza magic begins! They'll prepare handmade dough and top it as a tangy Margherita pizza, a savory meat lover's pie, or a zesty vegetarian creation. For dessert, they'll create their choice of classic Italian cannoli or Nutella dessert pizza.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.

Chef Landi began his foray into the restaurant industry over 20 years ago as a server in Italy, and quickly found himself working in the kitchen, learning the skills and techniques that have been foundational to his now successful culinary career. In 2001, Chef Landi moved to the U.S. and discovered a newfound passion for teaching. Now, he is both a chef at an Argentinian steakhouse and a lauded culinary instructor.

Chef Landi was fantastic! He went through every part of the process with detailed instructions, we got to try our hand at the a variety of techniques. The food was absolutely delicious and was a perfect date night with my boyfriend. He plated and served our meals which were extremely tasty. If you’re looking for a class or even starting on your cooking experience he was fantastic and I would recommend.

This was our first time doing this. I got this experience for my wife as a Christmas present. I must say it was superb! Chef Landi was amazing. He was very personable and an excellent teacher. The food was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this for a date night out, especially if you like to cook like we do.

Absolutely excellent! My partner and I did the Vegan Mediterrainian class and loved it. All of the food we made was absolutely delicious and Chef Landi & his space were both excellent. Would absolutely do another class with him in the future! We learned so many new techniques, even as people who cook relatively often at home, and had so much fun.
