Then, discover the secrets to achieving crucial creaminess in a chicken and mushroom risotto topped with Parmesan, and a lighter risotto prepared with fresh, seasonal vegetables. For dessert, learn how to make a refreshing lemon tart with whipped cream.

Excellent recipes and excellent preparation: everything was ready for us, neatly assembled on trays for each recipe. Good instructions, lots of insights, and everybody had a great time. The resulting dinner was amazing. Thank you so much for making this a memorable experience!

We signed up for the Thai cooking class with Chef Elham and had an incredible time. We’ve taken Cozymeal classes before- this by far was our favorite. Apart from the food being absolutely delicious, what stood out were the conversations with Chef Elham. We also walked away from the class with more confidence in the kitchen as a bonus. Thanks chef Elham for a great night, can’t wait to recreate the recipes at home!
