What You’ll Do

Roll on up for a competitive experience that puts skill and determination to the test.

Prepare to show off your sushi slicing and rolling skills! Every element is under review in this hands-on team building experience where Chef Casey shows you whole team how to prepare and create some of your favorite sushi rolls. Divide into teams to create various appetizers and rolls as you go head to head with your workplace opponents. Through impeccable communication, collaboration and creative problem solving, your team must strive to deliver sushi creations judged on creativity, presentation and taste.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

He's a certified chef de cuisine, continuing his education with courses at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley. Casey has an obvious passion for cooking, he answered several questions for us and was an absolute pleasure to spend the evening with. He prompted us to be hands on (We did the cooking) under his expert supervision of course. He gave us a ton of info regarding herbs and their uses with different dishes, as well as offering several cooking tips and tricks. We would highly recommend Casey for a private or group event.
