Learn how to expertly prepare rustic street tacos with a handful of sides alongside your team.

Explore the beloved tradition of grilled street tacos in this hands-on team building cooking class with Chef Greg. He'll show you time-honored techniques for marinating and grilling ingredients and crafting side dishes from scratch.

Begin by hand-mixing table-side guacamole peppered with red onions, chili and lime, and cutting and frying your own tortilla chips. Then, take street tacos to a new level with marinated and grilled chicken and fajita vegetables topped with pickled onions and cilantro and served with grilled corn salad. Chef Greg will also teach your team how to make fresh pico de gallo.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.

Chef Greg is so awesome. Came promptly to prep and was methodical and well planned for any circumstance. Congenial, intelligent, and talented. Led the class with professional and know how.
