Chef Daniel's hands-on pizza-making class taught us the precise techniques for creating exceptional pizza, from properly kneading the dough to balancing fresh toppings, and his clear instructions and engaging teaching style made the experience both educational and fun.

Daniel hosted a fantastic class. The salad was inspired, hand-making the pasta was incredibly rewarding, and everything tasted fantastic. His loft is perfect for this type of event, and it was a treat to get to know Daniel over the course of the evening. I'd absolutely book with him again. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience learning the art of NY style pizza making. Chef Daniel was a pleasure to work with and to learn from. We appreciated the small class size so we were able to ask plenty of questions. We look forward to doing more classes with Chef Daniel.
