What You’ll Do

Get the whole gang into the kitchen for a delicious lesson in open-fire Italian cooking.

Your crew is in for a real treat in this hands-on team building cooking class with Chef Lisa! It's a collaborative culinary effort that yields tasty results.

Your team will create a four-course meal beginning with a mixed green salad featuring seasonal fruit, feta and balsamic vinaigrette. Then, you'll prepare handmade pizza dough and an intriguing Southwestern cilantro lime marinara sauce. Top it all with a blend of cheeses, shredded chicken, roasted peppers and herbs. Wrap up by layering cheesecake parfaits with fresh berries and whipped cream.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.

Chef Lisa was fantastic! I was recently diagnosed with celiac, and she was super careful with the ingredients / cleanliness of the kitchen. We had a great time learning to make three different treats and getting to know, Lisa. Book this class!
