Teamwork makes the cuisine work in this European-themed team building activity from Chef Robert. Collaboration is the order of the day as you and your teammates prepare a thoughtful meal with touches of French, Austrian and other cultured cuisines.
Begin by assembling a refreshing green salad dressed with a mustard caviar vinaigrette. Then, cook succulent pork tenderloins to be smothered in a robust mushroom sauce and served with homemade späetzle. Finally, enjoy a lesson in European decadence by crafting a Bavarian-style cheesecake topped with a blend of fresh berries and coulis.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
