Vivian and Michi were amazing! We had a great experience tonight making ramen from scratch. They were both professional in knowledge and very welcoming and friendly. They showed us in clear easy instructions how to make each items and the steps involved. They had answered all our questions and gave advice on how to change the dishes when making at home for new taste. I feel confident with their recipe and instructions, I can now take this home and share with friends.

We had an amazing time in our Italian cooking class with Vivian and Michi! Vivian was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make the experience fun and engaging. We learned great tips, made pasta from scratch, and felt confident enough to try it at home. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everyone had a blast. I would definitely do it again and highly recommend it!

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would! Chef Vivi and Michi are some of the most kindest and patient people I’ve ever met. I originally booked the kids sushi class as a gift for my daughter’s birthday and my husband also booked the ramen class for our anniversary. The ramen class was first and it was such a great experience. It was much easier than expected and everything was simply delicious. I definitely feel like I could go home and make my own ramen one day

Chef Ricky was absolutely amazing! You could tell right away that he was not only very experienced, but extremely knowledgeable about not just sushi, but lots of other food. He set a great atmosphere with music, and a food station set up like you would see in sushi bars, so you did everything that they would do. The rolls came out delicious thanks to his guidance and fresh ingredients! We would definitely take other classes from him.

Chef Ricky was incredible and surpassed all of our expectations! We have done two classes with him now: both times the food was exquisite, and the information he delivered about food was so fun! Chef Ricky is super knowledgeable and passionate about his trade. Literally I felt like I was learning so much I had to take photos and movies to help remember it all. He has a great teaching demeanor and was patient with our questions The course is well organized and the location ( although I wish it was closer to st Pete) was very conducive to participating. We utilized many of his tools and had room to circulate allowing a true hands on experience We left with our stomachs full and our palates better trained to truly appreciate good sushi Highly recommend Herb James

What a truly wonderful experience my husband and I had cooking with Chef Ricky. He was professional, personable, and beyond knowledgeable. It was so fun & we learned so much. I cannot say enough about how fabulous of an experience this was! This was our second experience with Chef Ricky. We hoped it would be an equally exceptional experience. To our surprise, this time far exceeded the previous adventure. Chef Ricky is a great source of information on each technique, the history of each, and how to make a great presentation. But most of all, the food is AMAZING! I have never experienced anything like it. 100 stars!!!

What a spectacular evening. Chef Ricky is a professional chef AND teaches his craft to others. He does these classes in his home, which a kitchen to die for! I had no idea what this type of cooking entailed, which was the purpose of my attendance. The menu was definitely gourmet while fairly easy to prepare, because Chef had already arranged all the ingredients and spices in our space. I would definitely attend another class with Chef Ricky in a New York minute! The other guests were fun to cook with too.

From the second I walked through the door Chefs Vivian and Michi were so warm and welcoming. I don’t think we stopped talking the entire class besides when we stopped to eat the delicious sushi we made. Vivian and Michi are so sweet and so knowledgeable, we couldn’t have asked for better teachers! I booked the secrets of sushi class with my friend for a girls night and we had the best time! Chef Kathy was AMAZING. The recipe was so, so simple but the expertise she showed in handling and teaching handling the ingredients and combinations of flavors and textures was phenomenal. This was the most delicious food I've eaten in years, and we prepared it for cooking ourselves from scratch without any preservatives! Everything was fresh. I am so incredibly happy to have met Chef Kathy and will definitely attend another class in the future.
