OMG! what a great experience. Chef Legina made cooking fun, without putting the pressure on us to ensure we created a great meal. I would definitely choose here again. This was for my wife's birthday, and she REALLY enjoyed it.

Chef Legina had our class enjoying not only the technique of sushi making, but also promoting a sense of camaraderie and social interaction as she welcomed all the participants . The only complaint I had was the sushi portions were less than I had expected, but all in all, it’s given me motivation to practice sushi making.

My friends and I were so happy with this experience. The chef and her sous chef were so personable and talented. They felt like they were part of the party at moments. The food was fantastic and the participation level was easily accommodated to still socialize while doing. A truly great night! Highly highly recommend!

My friends and I had a wonderful experience at Chef Legina's cookie decorating class. She taught us some great techniques for making beautiful cookies. She is very welcoming and a great hostess. We will definitely be back for her classes in the future.

We really enjoyed our experience with Chef Marcia. I would highly recommend taking a class with her. She was fun and exceptionally knowledgeable. Baking can be intimidating for some folks and she makes it approachable and stress free! This is a wonderful gift to share with someone, as it is for the novice or the experienced cook. We look forward to seeing what other classes she offers in the future. This is something we will definitely be doing again. We learned so many tips and tricks! Thank you for sharing your talents!

Chef Marcia was truly wonderful in teaching us the art of pie making as well as lentil soup! We loved hearing about her experiences and her passion in baking! I enjoyed Chef Marcia's class and getting to know her and hear about her family and experiences. She has spent a lot of time making pies and it shows - the apple pie was gorgeous (and delicious) with a perfect crust. Also one of my Jewish favorites, potato latkes were perfect with crispy edges and the right amount of onion flavor. Served with homemade applesauce and sour cream, they were the best! I think anyone could make and enjoy these after learning from Chef Marcia.

Great experience with Chef Tai. Lots of knowledge about cooking and baking, and very friendly and enthusiastic. My favorite was the Perfect Avocado Toast, and it was perfect. Beautiful presentation and full of flavors and textures. The crunch of the toasted bread, the creamy avocado, the salt of the salmon, the tang of the mustard oil on the greens, the flavor and color of the radish ... Everything went together for a terrific dish!

Chef Brett has a great knowledge of southern flavors and comfort food! I enjoyed hearing about both his local cooking experience as well as his time spent in the islands. I loved the made from scratch watermelon bbq sauce he made to go with the smoked beef ribs, and the homemade marina to go with the freshly made and "toasted" ravioli was delicious. The best was the jambalaya with its smoky Andouille sausage and the kick from the poblano peppers. Nom nom!

It was a pleasure to both watch Chef Ashok cook and then dine on his creations. He has so much worldly cooking experience and it shows. French, Spanish, Indian, etc. My favorite was the chicken kabobs, marinated in spices and cream cheese, skewered with vegetables and then quickly broiled. So moist and flavorful. I need the recipe for that one. What a neat class space, in an actual school culinary classroom straight out of the 50's! Would definitely learn from Chef Ashok again.

Chef Alex knows what he's talking about. Lots of interesting technique tips while demonstrating a dish like Steak Au Poivre. Like how to warm the peppercorns before grinding to have them release their flavor and oils. Also, what kind of pan to use to sear a filet and then how to baste it with an herb infused butter. The final results were so tasty, too! The crispy outside of the deep fried smashed potatoes was a real treat as was the Bearnaise sauce. His experience in Mexican and South American flavors really came through in his other dishes as well.

Chef Andrew did a great job - very detail oriented! The tuna poke he made was excellent. We talked about our respective trips to Hawaii while he was making it, and how poke is such a omnipresent dish there. He used authentic ingredients and said where to find them locally. The result was full of texture and flavor. I could have eaten a pound of that! Also had interesting knowledge about basement gardening (fresh herbs and veggies) and composting.
