Chef Luis was amazing! This class was great. I wanted a fun experience for my birthday with a group of us and this dude not disappoint. With 12 of us it was kind of crazy and wild, but Chef Luis kept it going with such a great attitude and helped us learn some new and wonderful things about making food. Speaking of food, these recipes were phenomenal and well enjoyed by all!!

Chef Luis is the man! We had a 12 person dinner and everyone was so pleased with the meal that was made. Chef Luis was kind and patient while instructing us on how to make our own pasta and also delicate chocolate mousse for dessert. Don’t hesitate to book a night with him!

Having Chef Luis over to give us a lesson was so much fun! We really enjoyed the evening and learned some great new tips, along with new recipes. He made it work at the Airbnb we were staying at by bringing a few of his own tools so we had everything we needed. We were a little nervous, not sure what to expect (we may have watched to many Hell’s Kitchens, where chefs yell a lot), but he immediately walked in and made it a relaxing night. He was just like inviting a friend over and cooking together. We would highly recommend this experience to everyone!

Candy was so knowledgeable and helpful during the class! Her instructions were clear and she was able to explain the science behind macarons and meringue which helped me tremendously! I’ve never enjoyed the taste of macarons until I did this class, which made me realize macarons are delicious!

Chef Luis is spectacular. My fiance and I had the best time learning everything from techniques to prepare food better to making this specific delicious meal. Chef Luis was patient, reassuring, and easy to work with. He was extremely prepared and kept the class light & fun. He is a great person and an even better chef. We will use him again for sure :)

Chef Luis went over and above our expectations. We did the Exquisite Italian Fare four course class and the everything was absolutely delicious! Dare I say, better than getting it from a restaurant. I love that we were able to learn new skills that I can use in the kitchen going forward. Chef Luis was a great teacher and made the class very special for us. Chef Luis was fantastic. He is so skilled and knowledgable, and a fantastic teacher. My partner and I had the most fun learning to cook something we never thought we could and picked up a lot of important tips that will make many of our other meals so much better. I loved everything about this class!!! Chef Ellie was a phenomenal teacher and taught us lots of neat tricks for cooking. The food was SO good! I highly recommend taking one of these classes. I took the Gourmet New Year’s Eve class.

This was such a great experience! Ridic is awesome. He was communicative before he came and the evening exceeded all expectations! He was friendly, fun, flexible. We learned a lot and had a delicious meal.
