I took this class with my sisters and Neice and we had the BEST time! Chef Cat is extremely informative and we felt relaxed and comfortable doing things that were new to us! Love chef catalina menu choices. she is an amazing teacher. I always feel at home when at her classes. I will definitely try to make her dishes (my preference is for little less salt but i cook w no salt) but that is a minor point when i truly enjoyed this experience! Thai curry and mango sticky rice… YUMMY! I will be back for another class.

This was a great class. Chef Catalina explained things clearly and she also gave options for alternative ways to prepare the meal. We made the pasta from scratch - that was fun! The pasta sauce was simple yet so very tasty. The fried vegetables were crisp and airy dipped in a yummy aioli sauce we made. The arugula salad was lightly coated in the balsamic vinaigrette. Finally, the tiramisu was the best I have had. Everything was delicious. I will be taking more classes from Chef Catalina.

Chef Karen was wonderful to have in our home. She has excellent skills as a chef and was very prepared. She is easy to work with and a positive person. I would strongly recommend her to anyone wanted to have a cooking class in their home. We choose to cook Thai food and it was honestly better than any Thai I have eaten at any restaurant in town. Catalina was an incredible teacher! I had been to 2 cooking classes prior to hers and she, by far, excelled in her cooking teaching skills. I learned many new things I had not known before. The food was absolutely incredible. The one downside is that there was not an appetizer or bread or crackers or anything to eat during the two hour cooking session. So people were ravenous by the time we sat down to eat the dinner. She should charge an extra $5 per person to have a little charcuterie of even just warm bread and oil/vinegar dipping sauce to sustain you while you are cooking and learning.

This was our second time with Chef Catalina. Both experiences were great. Lots of fun, laughter and working together as a team. We always learn as we listen to the Chef. She explains everything so we can all track with the information. She involves us all in prepping the meal. It is just a really great experience in a very 'cozy' and great atmosphere. We will be back.

We had the most amazing time with Chef Shankari last night. She is fun, personable, flexible and a fantastic cook. My entire family learned so much from her and she was even able to engage my 8 year son in the cooking process which was such a huge blessing to us. My son gives her 10 stars out of 10 and so do we.
