Measure and prep all ingredients.

Make the strawberry syrup. Wash and hull the strawberries. Chop into small dice.

In the jar of a blender, combine the diced strawberries, lemon juice and sugar.

Pulse or blend the strawberries to your desired texture. The longer you blend, the smoother your strawberry milk will be. Transfer the strawberry syrup into an airtight container and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

When ready to serve, add about ¼ cup of the strawberry puree in the bottom of a tall glass.

Top with about a cup of milk and garnish with a sliced strawberry on the lip of the glass.

Stir before sipping. Enjoy!

Notes:
- Whole milk is preferred in this recipe. However, any type of unsweetened milk or non-dairy milk can be used.
