Measure and prep all ingredients.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg and salt. Bring the mixture to a boil.

Stir in the rolled oats and lower the heat to medium-low.

Simmer the mixture and cook for 5 minutes or until the oatmeal has a pleasant chew.

Serve hot, topped with a splash of milk, maple syrup, toasted pumpkin seeds and pecans. Enjoy!
