nuts, such as pistachios, cashews, almonds or mixed nuts

handful of specialty chocolates, chocolate-covered nuts or chocolate bark, optional

Step 1

Gather and prep all ingredients for your mini charcuterie boxes. Wash and dry fresh fruit, slice cheeses and roll, fan or fold meat slices.

Add ingredients into individual boxes, starting with the meats, cheeses and jam pot. Fill in the remaining spaces with fruit, nuts and crackers.

If desired, add a lid to each box and adorn with a decorative and festive ribbon.

Notes:

  1. Instead of jam, mix things up and add a spiced or seasonal chutney to your charcuterie box. Add a mini bamboo or compostable spreader, if desired.
  2. Small boxes can be found at craft stores or easily ordered online. We recommend boxes sized 6 inches by 6 inches, which is an ideal size for a generous individual portion.
