Freeze the rose. Prepare two ice cube trays and fill the trays with the rose. Freeze until frozen, about 6 hours.

Prepare the simple syrup. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the granulated sugar and water. Mix until the sugar is dissolved. Transfer the syrup to a heat-safe container and refrigerate until cold.

In the jar of a high-speed blender, add the frozen rose ice cubes, half of the simple syrup, frozen strawberries and lemon juice. Blend until slushy. Taste and adjust with more simple syrup and/or lemon juice.

Serve in glasses garnished with a strawberry. Enjoy!
