In a heatproof bowl, combine the finely minced garlic cloves, Thai chili peppers, soy sauce, sesame seeds and crushed red pepper. Stir to combine.

In a small pot, heat the avocado oil until hot but not smoking.

Pour the hot oil into the garlic mixture. The mixture will bubble up and sizzle.

Let the mixture cool to room temperature before using. Drizzle over dumplings, noodles or over any dish you desire. Enjoy!

Notes:
- If Thai chili peppers cannot be found, serrano peppers can be substituted.
- Any type of high heat neutral oil can be used such as canola, peanut or vegetable oil.
