Measure and prep all ingredients.
Prepare the dressing. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, sea salt, garlic and pepper.
In a mesh strainer, thaw the corn kernels under cold running water. Add the thawed corn, sliced tomatoes, diced avocados, diced red onion, diced jalapeño and chopped cilantro into the bowl with the dressing.
Stir until well combined. Serve and enjoy!
