Ricotta, Sugar and Lemon Zest Ravioli Filling

Ingredients

  • 6 Tablespoon(s) Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoon(s) Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Lemons, Zested
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
  • Ground Black Pepper to Taste

Directions

  1. Into a bowl mix with a whisk the Ricotta cheese, fine grinded Parmesan, sugar and olive oil. Add the grinded zest of the lemon ( do use only the yellow part.) Add Pepper to taste.
