Pannacotta

Ingredients

  • 1 Packet Gelatin powder (0.25oz)
  • 2 Cup(s) Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 Vanilla extract /OR/ Vanilla pod
  • 6/8 Tablespoon(s) White Sugar
  • Already made - Topping of your choice: Caramel/ Chocolate/ Jam Etc

Directions

  1. For the panna cotta, soak the gelatine in a little cold cream until soft 10/15 min.
  2. Place heavy whipping cream, vanilla pod and seeds and sugar into a pan, mix it.
  3. Bring the heavy cream to a simmer. Remove the vanilla pod and discard.
  4. Squeeze the cream out of the gelatine, then add to the pan and take on/off the heat. Stir until the gelatine has dissolved.
  5. Divide the mixture into any container of your choice and leave to cool. Place into the fridge for at least 4 hours, until set.
  6. Cover with a topping of your chooice.

Additional Notes

VEGAN GELATIN SUBSTITUTE (Agar Agar E406 is a vegetal substitute)
