Pannacotta

Ingredients
- 1 Packet Gelatin powder (0.25oz)
- 2 Cup(s) Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Vanilla extract /OR/ Vanilla pod
- 6/8 Tablespoon(s) White Sugar
- Already made - Topping of your choice: Caramel/ Chocolate/ Jam Etc
- Possible varitions of the panna cotta
- 3/4 Tablespoon(s) Cocoa powder
Directions
- For the panna cotta, soak the gelatine in a little cold cream.
- Place heavy whipping cream, vanilla and sugar into a pan, mix it. You can add Cocoa powder if you want a chocolate version
- Bring the heavy cream to a simmer.
- Add the gelatine into pan and take on/off the heat. Stir until the gelatine has dissolved.
- Divide the mixture into any container of your choice and leave to cool. Place into the fridge for at least 4 hours, until set.
- Cover with a topping of your chooice.
Additional Notes
VEGAN GELATIN SUBSTITUTE (Agar Agar E406 is a vegetal substitute) Add Cocoa powder for a chocolate panna cotta version.
