Indulge in a private chef experience with Chef Tiff, perfect for a romantic date night or special occasion. Using fresh, high-quality ingredients, you'll enjoy an elevated dining experience that’s sure to impress.

Start with a vibrant roasted and pickled beet salad, paired with arugula, goat cheese and a citrus-balsamic vinaigrette. Savor a 6oz filet 'Oscar,' topped with crab Hollandaise and cured egg yolk. Enjoy confit potato medley, infused with fresh herbs, garlic and Bourbon caramelized onions. End on a sweet note with crispy fried beignets, served with chocolate, powdered sugar and raspberry coulis.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Tiff is a Rock Star!! Her knowledge, encouragement and enthusiasm of her craft. Our evening was a fun evening learning how to make ravioli.
