In this one-of-a-kind private chef experience, Chef Timothy introduces you to the art of Nikkei cuisine, a unique fusion of Japanese and Peruvian flavors. With his expertise in both traditions, you'll explore how Japanese cooking methods and Peruvian ingredients come together in a celebration of both cultures. Chef Timothy will guide you through the preparation of dishes like fusion ramen, where Japanese and Peruvian elements create a rich, flavorful broth and a fresh take on sushi rolls with bold, vibrant toppings.

The menu also features inventive dishes such as a bluefin tuna risotto with a Peruvian twist and creative chilled potato dumplings stuffed with seafood or tartare. For dessert, enjoy a delicate mille-feuille with yuzu and Lucama cream, topped with edible flowers. This immersive class offers a delicious journey through the innovative flavors of Nikkei cuisine, combining the best of both worlds in every bite.

With past experience that includes teaching cooking classes for kids and working as a private chef, Chef Timothy is an engaging teacher for all ages and skill levels. He loves to cook international cuisine as well as classic southern fare, and his goal is to bring the life-giving joy of wonderful food to every guest.

The chef was nice and accommodating but the foods were beyond unsatisfying. Fish products were limited and not fresh. Meat stuffing in dumplings were sour. It tasted like overdue meat. I have hired private chefs to my private chef events before and this was definitely not the best experience we had. My kitchen was left a mess. Supplies were left in random areas of my house and very disorganized. I usually do not give bad ratings but this did not meet my expectations at all. I hope he does a better job at sanitation, organizing, and prepping for his future events.
