In this gourmet private chef experience, Chef Adina showcases fresh, coastal ingredients expertly crafted into an elevated menu. Personalize your group’s seafood feast with luxurious options across three courses.
Start with a choice of crab cakes with remoulade sauce, lobster bisque or tomato and beet salad. For your main course, select from lemon dill salmon with garlic green beans, lobster and asparagus risotto or barramundi with lemon basil sauce. For a sweet ending to your culinary experience, choose from cherry and almond crumble, strawberry shortcake puffs or mille feuille.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
