Enjoy a private chef experience with Chef Robert, who takes care of all cooking, preparation and cleanup. Delight in a carefully crafted menu that features prime rib as the star, along with expertly prepared sides and dessert.

Start with a fresh Parmesan salad, featuring arugula, lemon juice and a sprinkle of black pepper. Savor a 12oz slice of prime rib, seared to perfection, accompanied by creamy smoked Gouda mashed potatoes and wood-roasted carrots with tarragon Bourbon sauce. Conclude your meal with Portuguese egg tarts, elegantly topped with whipped cream and macerated berries.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
