With a top-notch chef to handle prep to clean up, all you have to do is select your menu. Choose from starters such as shrimp cocktail or baked clams followed by a signature main with options of filet mignon, New York strip or thick-cut pork chops, each served with gourmet accompaniments. Finish with a decadent dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Quintin made us feel so relaxed. It was such an incredible experience - The food was delicious, he was incredibly prepared- our Airbnb didn’t have lots but he was able to still make an incredible meal. Food was timely and well paced - courses were delicious! We loved having him. He would be an excellent addition to any event!

Chef Quintin did a great job making our dinner event and our guests feel special. He worked with me in advance for people's different dietary restrictions, and everything came out wonderfully. I had basically nothing to do in the kitchen before/after dinner - it is a real treat! Highly recommend!"
