Discover Asian cuisine with a delightful four-course seafood menu in this private chef experience. Pick up top tips and techniques from an expert chef as they prepare your feast.

Start with crispy shrimp tempura or Japanese-style beef carpaccio. Enjoy a selection of signature sushi rolls, hand rolls and nigiri prepared with an expert touch. For the main course, choose from miso-glazed salmon, Korean short ribs, seared ahi tuna and other Asian favorites. End on a sweet note with options like yuzu panna cotta or green tea cheesecake.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Mary was friendly and very knowledgeable. Everything she made was delicious and easy to make. My daughter and I had a wonderful time cooking and learning from her. Can’t wait to have her back for another culinary experience.

We had a wonderful evening with Chef Mary. She has incredible skills and was patient with us as we learned from her. Even my 10 year old grandson participated. The food was fantastic as was Chef Mary's personality.
