Start with crispy shrimp tempura or Japanese-style beef carpaccio. Enjoy a selection of signature sushi rolls, hand rolls and nigiri prepared with an expert touch. For the main course, choose from miso-glazed salmon, Korean short ribs, seared ahi tuna and other Asian favorites. End on a sweet note with options like yuzu panna cotta or green tea cheesecake.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

With a bachelor's degree in culinary management from the Art Institute of Philadelphia, she has nearly 20 years of culinary experience under her belt and has earned multiple awards in renowned cooking competitions. She can't wait to share her knowledge of dynamic cuisine!
