Enjoy a custom private chef experience as Chef Greg takes your tastebuds on an adventure to the sea. Featuring a three-course menu of 5-star dishes, your personal chef will craft an unforgettable culinary journey with the freshest ingredients. You’ll start your meal with your choice of seafood, soup or salad. You’ll then get to choose from a list of entrées including fresh fresh and lobster risotto. For dessert, you’ll enjoy either a chocolate mousse, strawberry semifreddo, crêpes Suzette or seasonal fruit with brown butter sauce.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Greg is a culinary visionary and former restaurant owner armed with a bachelor’s degree in restaurant, culinary, and catering management, and nearly 20 years of experience as an executive chef. Chef Greg has most recently found success as the owner of a renowned catering company specializing in creative and custom menus, and as a host of an array of can’t-miss cooking classes and other incredible culinary experiences.
