Start with a fresh seafood appetizer such as crab cakes with an indulgent champagne sauce. For the entrée, select from options like lobster risotto, bouillabaisse or a variety of fresh fish. Conclude your meal with a decadent dessert such as chocolate mousse, strawberry semifreddo, crêpes Suzette or seasonal fruit with brown butter streusel. Chef Adrian was an outstanding Chef and so warm and kind! He added so much to my mother’s special day! We had the Elevated Brunch Experience and the food was absolutely delicious!! Even my husband, who use to work as a chef himself was extremely impressed! We will be booking Chef Adrian for future events. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

Adrian provided an excellent experience and the food was absolutely delicious! We did his Mastering Asian Chinese experience and hope to book his other experiences in the future. He was punctual, well prepared with an organized system of step by step instructions, he provided education on the why of certain cooking techniques and provided amount instructions so that we could replicate the recipe. The food tasted like it was from a high end restaurant and we had plenty of leftovers even after we stuffed our faces. 5/5 stars for a great chef and great experience!

Chef Adrian was a lot of fun. Although we love Japanese cuisine, we had very little knowledge/experience in making it. He took his time explaining the products and the processes needed in order to achieve confidence that we can try it again this week. The end product was delicious and plenty of food, which we really loved.
