This private chef experience is your ticket to a culinary tour of Spain, sampling traditional flavors across a gourmet four-course menu. Featuring shareable dishes like tapas and paella, Chef Nancy prepares a feast of Spanish delights.
For the first two courses, you’ll select classic tapas such as Spanish charcuterie or serrano ham croquettes. For the main course, choose from four varieties of paella including a vegetarian option. Finally, enjoy a Spanish favorite like crema Catalana or tender almond cake for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Pan con Tomate
With rustic bread, tomatoes, garlic and Spanish olive oil

Chef Nancy, also known as the Adobo Queen, grew up in the Philippines as well as in the restaurant industry, and has been cooking since she was 10 years old. Her family has owned and operated a restaurant in Manila renowned for its authentic Filipino comfort food. Today, Chef Nancy can be found making televised appearances as well as hosting interactive culinary experiences that champion authentic Filipino fare.
