Chef Tiffany leads you on a striking culinary excursion through the region with an array of dishes you'll adore sharing with your closest fellow gourmets. Fill your table with three incredible courses featuring your choice of sharable tapas starters and traditional dishes like paella, ceviche and croquettes, plus a decadent dessert chosen from a list of supremely sweet classics.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

What's included
Chef Tiffany, who was born and raised in Maryland, grew up with deep Southern influences from her mother. She graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina, has taught extensively in schools and has a passion for spreading the knowledge of the culinary world to cooks of all levels.
