You'll feel transported to Rome with this authentic Italian dinner.

Indulge in the flavors of Roman cuisine in this luxury private chef experience. Chef Jimmy will craft a multi-course meal showcasing the best of Italy.

The meal begins with a chef-curated seasonal amuse bouche and fresh burrata Caprese with cherry tomatoes, rosemary and basil. Next, braised lamb-filled tortellini with parsnip cream and toasted pine nuts. Savory and sweet apple cider glazed pork with a sweet potato purée and pickled shallots serve as the main course. A decadent basil-infused panna cotta with a biscotti crumble and whipped mascarpone makes an indulgent dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Jimmy was amazing! He is incredibly nice and personable while also very professional. He clearly has a wide range of skill and experience and we were so impressed by the caliber of the menu and everything was perfect from start to finish.
