Europe meets the Asian-Pacific in this luxury private chef experience that celebrates the merging of two beloved cultures. Chef Dorian's crafty menu presents a spread where rich Italian fare and refreshing Japanese creations create culinary harmony.

Discover shitake mushrooms doused in a green tea broth beside a blended tomato bisque. Savor Caesar salad next to garlic-infused bluefin tuna. There are also edamame dumplings, cacio e pepe featuring ramen noodles and Parmesan to feast on. For the grand finale, tangerine-yuzu ice cream as a dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Dorian is a magician in the kitchen! I can't explain the dishes he creates with a few ingredients any other way! His food is simple yet the flavors are so complex! I have been dining around the world for many years and Chef Dorian has created some of my favorite dishes! Once you try his food you will be a customer for life. I feel honored that I have had the opportunity to taste his delicious food and look forward to returning to his kitchen.

Chef Dorian has been so kind in every respect of the word. Every single one of his events are carefully thought out, the food is amazing, and you instantly can’t wait to attend another event. I was blessed this summer to have him come into my home and cook for my family in celebration of my birthday. Chef Dorian took my vision and made it everything and more. Chef Dorian was STELLAR! He worked with me one on one to plan a 5 course birthday meal with my boyfriend, themed "The Menu." He arrived early, had everything prepped and ready to go within an hour and he was entertaining and charismatic throughout the meal. NOT TO MENTION EVERYTHING WAS SO ELEVATED AND DELICIOUS. Will definitely be using Chef Dorian again!

Chef Dorian is the man! My wife planned a 8 person brunch for my birthday with a menu curated by the chef himself, and it was spectacular. Each dish on the 5 course tasting menu was well thought out to cater to things I enjoy and was delicious. He is quite gifted in the kitchen. All of his dishes were plated impeccably. His ingredients were super fresh and delicious. He also caters to various diet desires including vegetarian/vegan. Before looking any further, ask about ALL of his offerings because beyond the private cheffing, he also does grazing tables, meal prepping, packables (for a picnic/Hollywood bowl, for example) and anything culinary your heart/mind can conceive. We can NOT wait to work with him and his team again.

Chef Dorian really wowed us for our special event. From the planning to the orchestration of the meal, everything was taken care of, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. The cuisine that he crafts is full of outstanding and unique flavor combinations, like his porcini - chocolate torte. So good! I highly recommend him, and will definitely call on him and his team for our next occasion!!

Chef Dorian is amazing! He has great passion for locally sourced and seasonal produce and his menus reflect that. He is incredibly diverse and creative and his food is inspiring! An experience you won't forget!
